So my wife can up with an idea. So we rolled the thing down the driveway and put in reversed and floored it all the way up the driveway. Then we put in forward and it worked just fine.

Make sure your wife has BGW access,,,, we may need her for additional trouble shooting

She knew you had to back it up to wind the main spring.
