Default Windshield bracket....

My BIL came over today with a new problem. His daughter handed him this clip that holds the bottom of the windshield to the roof frame. Since I've never seen it before I tried to put it back together, but no matter what we try we can't get the two pieces to work together at all. My contention is that it should be one piece and we can't tell it's broken.

Another cocktail and better lighting has revealed that the piece is indeed broken. We can mock it up in the correct configuration and see how it works. Now to find one.....

I guess you were holding the broken part to were it is supposed to go. It keeps the windshield from slipping down as well as holding the bottom on. The same thing is used on the sides just not as long. In a pinch you could Take one of the side ones and use it on the bottom and take the other side one cut it in half to use on each side.

I've got a whole bucket of them. I'd be glad to give you one, but I'm out of town for the week. Web Store is still open for new parts and shipping on time (I hired help, lol), but for used parts I'm gonna have to be there to ship it myself.
