Default About to buy 2017 Yamaha Dr 2 EFI

hello everyone,
Need some guidance on Yamaha 2017 drive 2 EFI with less then 500 miles! I am tempted to buy this cart from a dealership and wants to know how do you determine the age of the cart ? Is it by hours or miles (sorry, I am complete newbie to the golf carts)? Also what questions should I ask before I pursue to buy this? I will be using this cart as a street legal cart for my family! Thank you

Less than 500 miles is very good. Around here, it's common for privately owned carts to get well over 1000 miles a year.

Also, if it's a 2017, the 4th character of the serial number would be a "0". Serial number is just below the seat under the driver.

I would also look for a red paint dot & a white paint dot next to the serial number tag. That would indicate both important recalls have been completed.

Verify brake cables have been changed out (not the bandaid clip fix), the accelerator return spring has been changed. If a hinged windshield, make shure it has been upgraded to the new design. I would also ask if the brake shoes have been upgraded.
