I can't find it either.
All I do is set the Steering wheel straight and then adjust the ty-rods to align the wheels. I use a measuring tape to measure from center of one tire to the center of the other on front and back of the front tires. Adjust them until they are the same on both sides of the tires. May not be the best way but it seems to work for me..

You want an 1/8" to a 1/4" toe-in measured at the same point on the tires or rims both front and back. I use a tape measure and go off the rim lip but sometimes that can be a PIA to do, i've heard of guys using a curtain rod for doing it (always thought this was a great idea) and some using a string. main thing is to have the front of the rim about 1/8" less than the back, 1/4" if you measure on the outside of the tire. on your model cart you only have the one bar to adjust and you can do it jacked up or sitting on the ground.

the later txt carts (94.5-01.5, an ST models) need to be sitting on the ground preferably with some weight in it, both tie rods need adjusted equal amounts.

The 2001.5 and up with the rack and pinion on the axle weldment has only 1 adjustment bar can be done like the 1st one.
