Major work on a workhorse. . .
I have an EZ GO whose frame has rusted through (I posted this before) we found an EZGO workhorse gas frame. We are wanting to swap the electric motor into the gas frame. . . the rear axels are different. The gas cart has regular springs, but the electric operates off of leaf springs. We are unable to swap axels out, so is there any way to make this conversion?
We are not in any way welders, nor do we have access to those kinds of things. We are trying to find the cheapest way to make a cart run (semi)safely. . . |

Take a look at biff158's profile picture. that is the broken cart (he is a co-worker of mine, and is asking questions about the same cart. . . I didn't realize it until just yesterday!)
Do you think that would directly swap over? If so, let me know a price range you are willing to work with (or maybe trading parts, like our gas frame for your electric)? |

This swap will not really work for you. Two completely different frames......Go for that electric.....
