Have you considered an oil cooler? You need fresh air for an auxilery fan to help. Otherwise you are recirculating hot air. A scoop or fresh air tube may be the way to go.
There's a thread on oil coolers for EZ GO. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/ezgo-gas-tech/You can buy a cooler for a car trans and buy the rest at the hardware store. Use the exact size fittings described. Too large at the discharge can cause problems...

I haven't seen kits. I seen scoops in the side of the cart with deflectors to direct airflow. I saw one with a hole cut in the side and a fan installed.. I would consider a fresh air snorkel leading to the fan. That would help. If your fan is stock and the motor is clean you shouldn't have a heat problem with stock comonents. Clean it if needed.

You could hook up a 12 v fan under the seat if you want. They have auto fans that use 12v. I wouldn't cut the body for a scoop.
