New Leaf battery pack is only available from a Nissan dealer with exchange of your old pack. Because of this, unless someone has a backdoor to Nissan parts, they are only available used. Mine came from a recycled 2011 Nissan Leaf. I bought the whole pack (48 modules) so I had more then enough for the two carts I planned on converting. I think I have 6 leftover.

What would you value the whole conversion at?

Added a Rhox 3" lift and 23" tires along with a Madjax rear seat. Very minor trimming of the rocker panel at the rear was required to fit the tires.

Does 30 mph with stock motor.

Looks real good SC. One thing you might like to do is put one screw into the bottom part of the rear inner fender and screw it to the back bumper. Gets it out of the way and I think it looks better. .02

I have been too busy with work to ride around my neighborhood 40-50 miles continuously. I know it will easily do 42 miles because that's what my ezgo did with the same battery pack and controller. With stock tires the yamaha should go further but I broke down and installed a 3" lift with 23" tires. It looks much better IMO.

Ya it looks good with the wheels.
You seemed to have chose this cart over others to keep, why is that?

The Yamaha Drive has superior suspension and ride over any ezgo or CC. Overall design of the Yamaha body and roof is much better also. This cart is so quite compared to the squeaky ezgo's. I am officially a Yamaha convert.
