Default Fuel Level Sensor

Hi, I am a newbie here but hope to learn and offer info when I can. I included a picture of my recent purchase. I would like to add a fuel level sensor and mount a gauge in the dash. This is mostly for my wife. She's been asking me for a few weeks if this can be done. I did some searching and still not sure. I'm not worried about the wiring. What I need help with is if anyone has done this and if they can recommend a sensor that can be used. I'm sure most tanks are just like mine but I wanted to include a picture just in case.

Thank you for your time and I am looking forward to learning more about these carts and reading about everyone's carts.

Default Re: Fuel Level Sensor

I did this a couple of years ago. It works great and is still working flawlessly. Here the "how to" I posted:

http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-y...-your-g14.html

The parts I bought are for Canada only, but if you read through the thread, I think on page two there are some links posted for USA versions of the gauge and sending unit from another vendor.

Good luck!
