I agree the note saying 5 batteries is odd. I figure it's supposed to say 6

The five batteries had me wondering as well. Only thing I can think of is either they are missing a battery or is he using 4- 12 V and 1-12 V dedicated for accessories

[QUOTE=Mrjonman;1376041]I'm supposed to go there in about 3-3.5hrs to check it out.

That is a great price for any decent CC DS based on my searching.

With all the time that has gone by, I am guessing he saw it, bought it, put new batteries in it, and he is out cruising the neighborhood.

Haha...sorry for the delayed response. I saw the cart, went straight to workout and then dinner, so haven't had much down time.

Cart has 6 batteries, not 5.....but those 6 were for sure shot, however everything else under the seat was very clean looking. The body had several scuffs/chips in the paint. Windshield was cracked. I'd say the body was a 5-6/10

Unfortunately a friend of the lady who owns the cart contacted a repair guy to come evaluate the cart on Monday so waiting until then to see what they want to do. I however feel it's worth $200...maybe $300.

For that price it's still a deal down here. I'd buy em allday long for 500 or less, problem is somehow folks figured out their value over here in Louisiana. Your lucky to find one needing batteries for around 1k

Mrjonman,
I guess you guys have better prices down there in Texas. Just for comparison, here's what we can buy around here for $600.00

https://charlotte.craigslist.org/for/6072227557.html

Or this beauty for $1200.00

https://charlotte.craigslist.org/bar/6046216708.html

Or if you would like to go with a gasser we have this one for $500.00

https://greensboro.craigslist.org/snw/6096508636.html

LOL,

that's what I'm saying! That 600 buck might have some potential as a hunting rig though! Prolly beat him down to 300.
