potentiometer smoking 1991 EZ-GO Marathon
1991 EZ-GO Marathon potentiometer smoking, I stopped driving it as soon as I heard and smelled it, the cart will still move but smoking and popping sounds from potentiometer as soon as throttle is pressed. Could it be just the potentiometer bad or some thing else causing it to fry?
It is all stock, it was my late Father's cart, it had been sitting for 10 yrs, until couple months ago I put new tires, batteries, rebuilt the battery box. Ran well until this. Thanks in advance |
