Default Ezgo TXT Elite

Out of curiosity I wanted to check the battery voltage on my 2017 TXT with lithium batteries, 0 volts at the pos to neg terminals, had to turn the key switch to on, heard a relay pick up, now reads 51vdc. Once the relay is picked up I can turn the key off and the battery terminals stay hot for a long time but eventually the relay drops out.
My guess is that it's a battery saver circuit that disconnects everything when the cart is parked for a few hours.
