I pulled it out of the garage to check the Toe-in. Just had new wheels tires put on and it felt a little squirrely. Toe-in measured 1.125". Somethings not right?!

Way too much toe out.
Start with 1/8” toe “in” meaning front tire distance measured at front of tires will be 1/8” less then measurement between tires when measured at rear of tires.

Toe out = equals more responsive “twitchy” steering response.
More toe in dampens steering response.

Before adjusting toe, square cart meaning align right front tire so it is pointing
In the same direction as right rear tire. Straight edge or using a string.
Lock steering wheel so it can’t move.
Next adjust left front wheel so distance between left and right tire are equal when measured at front and rear of front tires compared to each other.

Adjust tie rods on each side 1/16 toe in and you should have total 1/8” toe in along with equal steering input on left and right turns.

Most important is to square cart ( thrust alignment) before making front end alignment changes.😊

Curious about the Cerakote. Isn't that a bake on finish used on guns or a different product?

Installed my on-board charger, moved my 12v accessory wiring onto a steel plate above the charger, new brakes (and cables), new wheels and tires.

What a difference on the mud. Still had some tire spinning but kept forward motion in a couple really messed up roads where I've had trouble before1120201634.jpg.

Had the controller reprogrammed to “Freedom” and moved from 14 mph to 22. I also added a rail type enclosure. For winter comfort. My wife thinks i’ve Lost my mind! I think I still have funds to spare from selling my boat.

Ordered Rhox dual-action rear leaf springs. My stockers are pretty well shot.
