Default Oil into chocolate milk

I have a 2015 Carryall 500 and after just 13 hours from the last oil change, I changed it again. That's because the oil resembled chocolate milk! I am using Pennzoil 10W30 conventional. When I bought it this summer it had 66 hours, and when I changed it then, oil was black. Anyone know why the oil looks like chocolate milk?

Very common up here in cold weather, especially for engines that don't get up to operating temps for a decent amount of time. It will ruin an engine [usually rings] in time.

I have two other carts that get used the same, or less, without this issue. It is probably condensation, but shouldn't there be some sort of crankcase ventilation on the Subaru engine?

Could be water or fuel. Is it just on the dipstick or did you drain the oil and all of it is like that?
What does it smell like? Oil mixed with water just smells like cruddy oil. Oil mixed with gas smells heavily of gas.

I drained it and it was all like that. I didn't notice any gas smell, although a malfunctioning automatic choke could cause gas to get in there. I wonder if there is some sort of PCV valve that may not be working properly.

Has anybody driven it through a bunch of puddles? Power washed the engine bay?

Is the air filter clean? Is it wet or look like it has been wet?

There is some type of breather system on it but I'm not sure of the details, haven't dug that deep into the Subaru motors yet. Getting ready to do the first oil change on the one we bought in the spring.

No, it stays pretty dry. It looks like there's some sort of breather hose going from the top of the cylinder to the air intake, but whether that's it, and working fine, is another question.

Where are you located? What temps are you having lately? How long does your cart run in a typical use?
