trying to find vibration problem
Hey all i hve a ezgo 95 two cylinder gasser i picked up... it seems to have a intermittent vibration at top end ... so it comes and goes but at a regular interval.
The clutch belt looks ok but when i put it in neutral it pulls in with the drive clutch and the belt is offset about an inch or an inch and a 1/2 (so at full speed the belt is crooked) Any ideas |

Check to see if the rear has come loose, or moved.

Re: trying to find vibration problem
you can see the clutch belt is 3/4 " crooked when engaged - is that right

Re: trying to find vibration problem
Looks to me like your drive belt is worn out... it doesn’t sit quite right at rest on the secondary and it’s too narrow to pull your sheaves into alignment at speed and that’s probably what’s causing your vibration
And I’d check the torque on the secondary hold down bolt just for the hell of it |
