You MUST still have a cable going thru the OBC like it was before! You can also have your new cable run from Bat#4 to the controller as well... but if you don't put it back the way it was your charger will not work! The OBC senses current flow and is Directional as well. Do you still have that cable going thru the OBC but not connected?

No matter what you'll need to have "even your original 6 gauge wire" connected from the controller, thru the OBC and placed on the Neg terminal of Bat#4... in other words... just like it was before. You do NOT have to remove the way you have your new cable that's going from your Bat#4 NEG to the controller.

One other thing... not replacing ALL your cables to #4 is defeating the purpose of changing out your cables. The ones going to the motor need to be changed... ALL cables that were #6 need to be changed!

Okay so I have put the original 6ga wire back through the OBC from neg to controller. I had to splice it cause I cut it off earlier but its good. I connected everything back up and still got the batt light and one click. No go. Do i need to reset the OBC?

Diagnosis:

Blew out my stock controller when the wires were hooked up incorrectly and I hit the accelerator. Had already ordered a 500 amp controller that is supposed to be here Monday. I will try again then... To be continued..

You shouldn't have to reset your OBC. If you didn't put that 6 gauge wire back thru the OBC you charger wouldn't come on. If you felt that you blew out your controller because you reversed the Blue and Orange wire on your motor... that wouldn't be the cause either, that would have just made your cart go backward in forward switch position and forward in reverse switch position. Are these the wires that you felt caused your problem or were there others?

blue and orange green and white wires were not in correct order on motor or controller... Would that fry the controller?

I would love it if I could figure this out and not have to wait till MOnday for my new controller. Being without my cart after only having it for two weeks is killing me and it went out last night. I was gonna go pick up my prescription at the store down the street this afternoon, make a beer run, and take the wife out to eat on it tonight! :-(
