Thanks,Im cutting the lights in tomarrow.I do a lot of rough trails and hills,just looking for a lift kit to hold up till i get the $$$$ for a longtravel

good info here - how much did the shell vibrate when using a jig saw? I'm getting ready to do mine and I've got a rotozip and a jig saw - I think I'd have more control with the jigsaw. Thanks!! And yeah - 1st post so don't be too mean to the newbie!!

I've used a jigsaw they work fine if you're good with one (I am)

Just be sure to use a ton of making tape around the area so the base of the saw doesn't mark up the body.

Also a pen style die grinder works well too. I dont like the rotozip bits personally, they melt the plastic and make a huge mess.
