Make sure your clutches are greased and working smoothly. They may not be shifting back completely, so it will be like trying to start out in 2nd or 3rd gear. The belt should be up high in the secondary and down low in the primary before starting out. Also, on the other hand, you could check to make sure you didn't overgrease them and now have a slipping drive belt. Good luck - RAY

What cart do you have? It could be low compression if it runs decent but doesn't have much power. If it runs poorly it could be a carb issue.

Its an 07 Drive. I tore apart my primary yesterday and found it to be crapped out. I called plowmans and they say that the drive primary is a POS and doesnt hold any extra power very well. So now i am installing a g22 clutch. Will let you know how it goes.
