I have a series wound cart, 400 amp Alltrax, stock motor, 6 inch lift, rear seat and I only get 12-13 MPH.

and as long as you are running the stock motor......that's standard.

I was agreeing with you Sir Nuke. Until he upgrades the motor it will be 13 MPH tops.

Should have just listened to Sir Nuke to begin with. As soon as I hear back from PQ I plan to see about upgrading to the Bandit. I want to get to at least 17 - 18. on this cart.

each battery at 6.2??? I thought i read somewhere that they should be like 7.2 and 6.0 is a dead battery??? mine are 5 years old and hold 6.5ish with the surface charge run off of them. I don't know im not that smart of a guy so maybe someone else could speak to this

well I think your readings are off.....that or you are taking them when the charger is still on.....

a fully charged 36v pack, after the rest period (12 hrs) will be 38.3v divide that by 6, you should be reading roughly 6.3 to 6.4 or so volts at EACH battery.

I was a little concerned about my reading at 37.9 (it was after 12 hours rest after charging). Should I be concerned it be 38.3? These weren't the best batteries, they are suppose to be Exide but have no name on them. Less than a year old and broken in according to Scotty's directions and always maintained.
