ok ... lets try some jumping ... again jack up cart and put on jack stands
with a jumper (i would use 1 car battery jumper cable)
following the color diagram (not factory colors) below jump each cable and test with go pedal ... forward then reverse... remember just a quick test .. stop when motor turns and post what happened
i would do it in this order
green
yellow
blue
orange
red (not charger lead)
purple
gray
lt blue

for jumping the motor i used a short jumper wire from A2 to S2...then Neg- to S1 and Pos+ to A1

I will the wiring test you sent me this afternoon when I get out off work

Have you taken apart the accelerator switch? Also there is a diode & capacitor in series internal of the controller that connects the a2 b- terminals maybe this is the problem?

is there any way to bypass or test it to see if thats the case??

with the key off ,in neutral...should the A1 A2 post be reading like 32-33V ?????
