If you are referring to the linkage shaft it just pulls out when removed.....

Mine was really stuck, I was afraid I was going to break it. I finally got it out. I took apart the mcor and bent the contacts. It brought it up to 4.1 vdc, still not working right.

Replaced the mcor with a new one and it still does the same thing. It will start to go and as long as I gradually accelerate it will go about half speed, if I try to push the pedal all the way down it starts to go then stops.

If you purchased an OEM MCOR, that is very strange, especially when the test showed it was faulty. Run the teat again and see what you get....

The accelerator pedal bearings are so worn out the pedal does not turn the mcor all the way. Any recommendations on replacing the bearings?

I think that is a DS platform. If so, remove your MCOR and then remove the slotted rod that goes into your MCOR. It falls out when your remove your MCOR. This rod has a fork on one end. One of the forks is the round part you see looking from above at your pedal. Place a piece of fuel hose over the round rod on the end where it touches the pedal. Reinstall the rod and your MCOR. The fuel hose acts as a shim for the worn metal. It does not take much wear to make a difference here. This fix will enable the round slotted rod to rotate a greater amount inside your MCOR allowing you to attain your full throttle position. If this is on a Precedent platform, you will have to get with David Hicks as he sells rebuilt units or can guide you further.

If they're so worn out that you're having problems locking the brakes, and the pedal has obvious sloppy motion when you pull it back and forth with your hand, you're gonna need to do more than just add a shim to the drive bar. You're gonna need to replace both accelerator bearing assemblies and the pivot rod. You'll need the following parts:

Qty 2 - 1011694 Accel bearing & bracket assy
Qty 1 - 102026001 Pivot Rod

I’m having a voltage issue, when I barely push on the accelerator it runs, if I push the accelerator past about an inch it stops and goes into some slow mode. When I push it all the way down my voltage drops below 45 volts. I changed out my batteries and it still does it. Any advice you can give? Thanks again in advance!
