Top speed change.?
I have a factory lifted XRT 900 with 23 inch tires and a magnet swap on the stock motor. Right now it holds 23 mph on level ground. It needs a new set of tires and I'm looking for something more pavement friendly than what I have now. If I were to switch to a set with a smaller diameter like say 21 inches, how much top end can I expect to lose? Is there a set formula I can use to figure it out?

With a 205/65 tire 20.5 inch tire highway type thread you will gain torque. This may allow you to turn more rpm and keep your speed.
