Do you believe jumping the motor with the 12 volt battery would give us any answers? OR swapping the blue and orange on the pivot modules f/r switch? Up to try anything just dont want to damage stuff in process.

Try switching the pivot wires to see if it will go forward

Yah, I double checked and the blue cable that goes to the top front of the forward/reverse switch and it goes to the M- post on the controller and the blue that goes to the back left of the forward/reverse switch goes to the S2 terminal on the motor.

Could you take a picture of the back of forward reverse switch and one of the controller terminals I’m having a hard time seeing all the connections, also for the heck of it might be a good idea to test motor with a 12 volt power remove four cables run a jump cable from a2 to S1 take a1 to negative on battery s2 to positive should run then reverse the battery a1 to positive and s2 to negative motor should run backwards

MarathonBENDER90, Me and David were speaking of this earlier today, but I was unable to get to a PC. Since you have verified the throttle input to the controller to be correct, please check the controller output to the motor just to see what is there.

Please make sure the key is on, FNR in Forward, and the wheels jacked up off the ground and then place your DVM between the M- on the controller and the B-. The voltage should be ~48vdc (or pack voltage) when the pedal is pushed just enough to engage the solenoid and then gradually decreasing to 0vdc as the pedal is pushed all the way to the floor. If there is no drop in the voltage, then go back right then and check the throttle input from the MCOR to the controller.

If there is a correct drop in voltage between M- and B- and the motor is not turning, we have another problem to look into....

Doggone if this doesn't sound like a defective new FNR switch! But I've been way wrong before!

So when tested with my DVM at the B- and M- terminal this is the result with pictures.
When in forward and not pushing the pedal my voltage read 26 at first then gradually went down to 13 and when i depressed the pedal and the solenoid was activated it went automatically to 0.00
When in reverse and not pushing the pedal my voltage read 49.9 and when pressing pedal tires spun and voltage only went down to 20.9.
