I thought the same thing, but I had him bypass the entire switch and hard wire it in the forward position. Still didn’t run.

When in reverse and not pushing the pedal my voltage read 49.9 and when pressing pedal tires spun and voltage only went down to 20.9.
That is how reverse is suppose to work as it is half speed with a resistor.

The motor is not getting the correct output at all from the controller when in Forward. As I stated in the post I wrote, please check the throttle signal just to verify it is correct at this same time. If it is correct, and the signal to the motor is still not correct from the controller, then it leads me to believe it is a controller issue outside of some other anomaly we have not identified.... (And I know of none...)

The strange part is in a Series cart the high voltage switching is in the FNR, unlike a Sepex which it is in the controller. When David had you hardwire bypass the FNR, that should have taken it out the equation....

To check the throttle signal my probes should be on/connected to the green and yellow wire terminals on the controller or probed into the disconnect at the green and yellow wires? Or how is that done?

With the FNR in Forward, key switch off. Unplug the small green wire and small yellow wire from the controller. These are the throttle input wires. Insert the leads of your DVM into the terminal ends of these wires while hanging loose. Set your meter to 20k Ohms. Peddle up should be 5000 Ohms and as you press the peddle down it should gradually go to 0 ohms at full throttle.

The picture of controller can’t see what’s hooked up with meter leads in the way.Whats got me puzzled it works in reverse is it proportional when you swapped the swivel terminal it should of went in forward but you stated it went full throttle was you in forward or reverse it should of worked in reverse but tires should of been going forward. The only other thing I can think of in is forward there’s too much signal causing the controller to fault out .But in reverse it don’t got me puzzled.

Got it. So when cart is in forward and my leads plugged into the disconnects of the green and yellow wire when pedal was depressed it read 0 volts as well when not depressed. I also tried this in reverse and got the same results except for the reverse buzzer warning.

Lol! Turn your selector switch 180 degrees. You are on 20 VOLTS. You need to be on 20k Ohms....

With key switch off (key was also not in, not sure if this matters) and the cart in forward the voltage read 5.46 when pedal not depressed when pedal was depressed it gradually went down with the pedal to fully depressed and a final voltage resting at .27.
When I put the cart in reverse and the pedal not depressed the voltage meter read 10.51 and when i depressed the pedal voltage gradually went down to 5.35.
