Default 2000 series.monitering votage during charge cycle?

batts hydro and load test fine,these are 6 each 8V.noticed the voltage maxed out at around 58.7V with charger showing 3-4A.then hour later its still pulling 3A but voltage dropped to 57.7.what gives?

How old are the batteries, what year is the cart, and what charger are you asking about?

2000 year 17935 Lester, batts are 2.5 years old,but this is commercial use and has seen LOTS of cycles!after sitting 12 hours pack measures 50.3V.might be time for closer look at batts?thanks

That's still about 85% which isn't really terrible. As long as cart performance hasn't been impacted to any great degree - AND - if there isn't a big gap between individual battery voltages - AND - the charger still turns itself off before 16 hours has passed - then I'd say you've still got some usable life left. A couple years ago, before replacing mine; my 12 hour voltage had gotten down to 49.8, at which point I noticed a definite impact on performance (duration).

Also look at resetting the OBC and then doing an equalization charge as soon as the normal charge completes.

i charged then i reset OBC,then did a second charge.Is that same as equalization?thanks

I would have reset it first, but Yes it is still an equalization charge....
