Since that is a '00 it appears you have a Regen 2 cart. F1/F2 tells you that is a Sepex motor. So you should have a rocker style Fwd/Rev switch, Run/Tow switch under the seat and a sepex motor which will have a speed switch and harness on the non-driven end of the motor.

Take your DVM and check the voltage between the A2 terminal and the A1 terminal on the motor. You should see ~5vdc with pedal up and proportionally going to 48vdc (or pack voltage) as you depress to full throttle.

Did further tests a1 to at2 0v then took my vglide throttle switch out and took apart and ohm'd out between purple and white/black 0 ohm's tested all others with lever at all positions nothin. have continuity between yellow and the terminals if lever is touching that pad. Even took resisters out and got nothin no ohm reading does that mean i have to get a new vglide for throttle

No output from the controller. Now lets see in you have any input to the controller from the throttle.

You do have the MSP (v-glide) which is the pie shaped device under the seat buy the batteries?

If so, with the cart jacked up, in forward, and key on, Red probe into the yellow wire coming out the v-glide and and black probe on pack Negative. Check the voltage from pedal up to pedal down and it should go from 0vdc to 5vdc gradually changing.
