Those are not trailer service tires so should work fine and probably provide better grip and last as long or longer than cart tires.

Put some round headlights on the cart and you can have kind of an old Little British Car look.

I ran those on a "exibition" cart at 150 volts. Launched much better. Stopping power ,even on clean dry pavement at speed however , was nothing short of scary lol . The old vanguard citicar used those on all corners ,I believe in a effort to increase range
