If you don't need/want that function. Just pull apart the yellow fuse holder near the charge receptacle and remove the fuse. Tie the short grey wire from the receptacle off to the side out of the way.

At this point you can completely remove the OBC if you'd like.
Charger came in today, but I haven't had a chance to pull the fuse on the sensing wire. Is pulling the fuse necessary in order to properly charge my cart using the new charger, or can I leave it connected for now. I plan on getting a new battery pack this weekend, and was going to either pull the fuse, or install a resister to use the interlock function. Just to recap, I have done the OBC bypass except for pulling the fuse on the sensing wire.

If you plan to use the interlock function with the new charger then leave the Fuse in place.
It's not totally necessary but it will protect the charger and/or cart controller should there be a short of some type on the grey wire.

I checked in with my 650w charger tonight when I plugged up the industrial cart. Took a couple of tries to reach and set the battery model T145. I'm average at this computer stuff. Once confirmed it selected a new charge profile and I let her go confirming the selection and rebooting etc. Pretty simple - really. So this is what I've got when I look in on it now. We can see the time expected to finish and the percentage of charge as well as the pack voltage.
Hope this helps

Only thing I've been disappointed with so far is that I have to be standing right next to the charger in order to connect with my phone. I was hopping I could do it from any where in the house.

Well, it is bluetooth connectivity and not wifi so you have to be within range to connect. The most distance I get from any of my BT devices is around 25'.

Yeah I realize that, seams like I can wonder around further before a blue tooth speaker cuts out.

Wire adapters look good Scotty! Do you make one with three wires for the interlock?
