Re: Cart won’t move
Did the Solenoid come ON without pressing the pedal?
Where did You measure 46v? and what was the pack voltage? |

Re: Cart won’t move
I measured the negative and positive from where I previously connected the battery meter. I just checked it and it’s now measuring 36 v. Can there be a short break where that negative runs? Will need to trace the wire and see if there is a break.

Re: Cart won’t move
Just run a new temporary wire from pack negative to the black/yellow wire on the dash, if it fixes the problem you can route the wire on a more permanent manner.

Re: Cart won’t move
I noticed I wire contact burnt at the power pack I believe purple with white stripes. The contact on the controller is good but that the contact on the harness is burnt out so I believe will need to replace that contact. Please advise. Thanks

Re: Cart won’t move
I am not sure what You mean by "power pack", the only purple/white wire that I know is the Controller pin #3 that provides the negative for the black/yellow wire, MCOR and Speed Sensor I have been talking about.
Fix that connection in case the Controller circuit is not damaged. |

Re: Cart won’t move
Is it possible I can use the red wire and the black with yellow stripe negative to work on my analog battery meter. Please advise.

Yes, that is what they are intended for.
