Re: Sluggish cart
I'm going to have to take apart the dash and look at this again, because my schematic looks incomplete as opposed to what I think I actually did.

Re: Sluggish cart
Looks like the 16v reducer is still wired in but I'm not sure where to. It's such a jungle of wires between the batteries.
I don't see anything on the negative terminal. I know one positive wire goes to the 48 reducer, not sure about the other one. The blue jumpered one is the 48 positive feed. I'm assuming the other positive red lead is to the 16v reducer but I can't follow it. I do see the 16v reducer under the cart. |

Re: Sluggish cart
Found the 16v reducer that was plugged into the harness. I removed both the harness and reducer. That had no effect on my voltage drop or sluggish cart. I called in a local guy who has the club car plug in reader. He ran some tests and believes the MCOR is on its way out as well as the solenoid. I saw the error message that pointed out the solenoid but didn't catch the MCOR error. He said the solenoid should be the answer the the fast falling voltage drop. Said the MCOR could be the answer to my sluggish throttle response.
