Do the same test using the M- Controller terminal (the one with the Blue cable) and the reading will likely be the same if you slowly press the pedal or immediately press all the way down.

It should start near pack voltage and go to 0v when the pedal is all the way down.
Same results. Cart stopped, 50v. Pedal slowly pushed to the floor, 20v. Cart stopped then fully to the floor quickly, 0v

Have you already verified that the throttle signal doesn't change if your press the pedal slowly versus fast?

I connected to the yellow wire from the MCOR, and with the throttle at 0%, it reads close to 0v. With the throttle at 100%, it reads 7.7v regardless if it’s pushed slow or fast.

That seems a little high, was the yellow wire still connected to the controller when you tested?

The wire should still be connected to the controller in order to get the right voltage reading.

If you do not have a back probe, just pull the terminal far enough that you can touch with your multimeter.

It was 7.6v with it connected

That is strange, as that is a 5v loop. I have seen high 5's before, but never saw 7's....

What part controls the 5v loop? Maybe that is my problem. Although I still don’t know what is sensing that the cart is moving and why I’m having this issue. Again, Thank you everyone for your feedback. I’d like to try and troubleshoot this correctly instead of throwing parts at it.

There is another wire coming in of the three (3) there (may be white w/black stripe) that you need to probe and see if you get 5vdc. There is a constant 5vdc going in and then the potentiometer regulates the output back to the controller thru the yellow wire.
