Default OEM 8 inch to 10 inch & Battery Volt meter

Hi

Have a Club Cart Precedent. 6 passenger, no lift, just has the standard 8 inch tires. I believe the max I can change is to a 10 inch tire/wheel correct without having to add a lift kit or anything right?

Also curious if anyone has had a weird voltmeter act up? Wrong readings etc, I have to disconnect the voltmeter from battery and reattach to make it read correctly nowadays. So strange

The rim diameter has little to do with it. Regardless of the rim size you are concerned with the tire outer diameter.

Someone more familiar with tire size on a CC will be along to offer advice on tire size for you.

Your stock setup should have 18" tires. You can get a 19" with no problem, but anything above that will usually rub without a lift.

Those meters are notorious for that. Get you a good quality after market. Carts Unlimited, scottyb sells very good ones. https://www.cartsunlimited.net/battery-meters.html

Thanks all! That helps! Looking at tires now, sucks that our neighborhood sidewalk ramps have some that are tight and some are for golf carts. They did not plan accordingly. I am guessing low profile may have issues with curbs and such?
