Battery Hold Downs

So I'm refurbishing a 1999 48v DS that's had an interesting life and I'm a bit confused as to which hold down bars and J bolts I need as the various listings I see online differ from what I've found in the official Parts manual.

It's a 48v DS with the arm style shifter and doesn't have the run/tow switch so looking at the parts manual I should be buying the following:

Hold Downs - 101803001
J Bolts - 1013683

These hold downs are the single rib style which don't seem as common the dual rib style and I'm not sure what the actual difference is between the two. The ones currently on my cart (see image) are dual rib. Can anyone confirm these are the correct items to order?
