Default Any Taylor-Dunn Guru's?

Picked up a 2009 Taylor-Dunn B0-248-48AC uitility vehicle. No forward or reverse. Controller reads codes #13 and #29. Any suggestions? Thanks

Crickets....humbug! I wake up at night thinking about this stuff Sometime's you just have to buck up and rely on some passed experiance and do some volt meter testing. Battery pack downloaded at 65 minutes, ok, but not going to shut off solenoid or controller. Replaced the key switch, because sometimes the control indicator would shut it self off if it wasn't in the perfect position. Found the seat lock out plate wasn't activating the switch well. 300.00 for a 15k rig, a 20 dollar part and some labor time......sold it for 4700.00

I was a Taylor-Dunn dealor for almost 15 years, but that was a long time ago. AC cars and no test factory test equipment is futile. I just got lucky. And I'm NO guru.
