Not to familiar with g1 but the cart seems to have a new fuel pump on it, but its not pumping fuel at all is there something else I should check or be better going ahead and replacing the fuel pump

If the pump was replaced, and the lines weren't primed, the pump can't start a prime. Try this first...
Remove the fuel line at the pump(the line coming from the tank). Fill that line with fuel, and reconnect it to the pump. Then try starting.

It should have slight pressure and vacuum(pulses) when the motor is cranked over. The pulsing is what drives the fuel pump

Oil/gas is normal. You will likely not be able to feel the vacuum. Spray it down with some really bubbly water, turn the motor over, watch the bubbles.

well if anybody was wondering I got it fixed, where it had drawed so much air in to the fuel lines, It had closed up the diaphragm on the gas pump so I forced fuel through the pump now it runs great, thank you everybody that spoke to me about this.
