Need help with winch
I need help with a winch I installed today got all wiring done the directions were good it says to run the red wire to the key but it doesn't say what wire on the key there is a brown wire I think the other is black or white can't remember right now it's a 2002 yamaha g16 I assume its to give power to give power to the switch...??????

Wire the winch directly to the battery.

Thank you it turned out good I don't have full use of my left leg and I could not have done it with out my family....
