Question 2002 shuttle limo

i m going to try to post pics here goes nothing,2001 ez go shuttle limo,
fairway alloys, sony stereo 1200 watt, green under glow , police style strobes, as u can see in the pics i can t lift the cart no clearance.

Not Really If I Lift It It Won 'T Fit In The Trailor. I Just Need To Get Some More Power To Pull Around The Dragster, I Have Already Tied The Govenor Tighter , Was Thinking Of Reworking The Helix(rear Clutch), Just Seeing For Some More Input!

Driven clutch mods or shorter belts, is the way to get more pulling power out of these machines (other than re-gearing)
