Gas G3/Sun Classic: possible to wire in an aux port for the stereo? Or replace stereo
Hi!
I have a Sun Classic that I take to Burning Man every year. It has a tape deck in it (sweet), but it doesn't work. The FM stereo & speakers still work, tho, and I'm wondering about wiring in an aux port so I can just plug in an iPod. Any advice on how to go about that? Or, does anyone know what size stereo WOULD fit in one of these things? I can't find any info about the kind of stereo it has (and it's offsite right now so I can't go out and look). Thanks! |

Shure you can. Just take the leads all the way back to the battery (positive and negitive). Sun Classic's never had stereo's installed from the factory, someone cut the dash and installed it. If there's a will there is a way.

or just pick up one of the many cheap to expensive bluetooth sound options available everywhere these days & put it in the area behind the seat.
