Oil for Gear Box G1
I have a stock g1 that sat for a long time. Should I change the gear oil in the rear end? It looks like there is oil on the engine, I'm wondering if it's leaking. I hope I don't burn it up if I'm supposed to change the oil out.

Re: Oil for Gear Box G1
It definitely wouldn't hurt there is two plugs one the rear end one on the bottom and one about half way up use the bottom one to drain then fill up with 90 weight oil until it starts to run out the plug half way up if it's over filled it usually pushes out the breather hose

Re: Oil for Gear Box G1
Do you know anything about lifts?
I saw a post with a diagram and I got some metal cut to the dimensions they said. I don't have a welder, lol. But I'm sure I can find someone to help me. Just curious if you had any experience. |
