Default Catching as I turn

Ok so 86 g1...been reworking it as I can for awhile now. Anyways. I started to reassemble and noticed as I turn wheel right the castle nut on the inner tie rod end Stokes the three bolt group for the control arms. Any idea what caused this. As everything looks straight. This just started and I'm sure it's suspension related any help on this would be amazing at this point.

Is the box bolted tight? I have seen them come loose from the frame.

Hope something didn't bend. When I did my G1 I had to replace that pitman arm. It had worn out where it connects to steering box.

Those are brand new from buggies unlimited. That's what I thought was well so I swapped them out. I just can't seem to see what the problem is.....I guess I'll order a Pitman arm and hope that's it.

Lol! BU! No wonder they look nothing like what belong on there! I am not ever surprised when BU China stuff doesn't fit right.
