Hard to start
I have a 1997 club car ds with the Kawasaki fe290 engine. The cart is kinda hard to start, if you press the pedal to the floor it will not start, barely press it then it spins over for a while and start. Really no matter how much you press it, it spins over a while before it starts but the less you push it the better. I've replaced coil, plug, micro switches, solenoid, carb, air filter and fuel pump. Still no change.

Thanks guys replaced carb, fuel pump, etc. not even the slightest change.

mine did the same thing until I put a new battery in. Starts immediately now but did what you're describing when I first got it. I've also replaced all you've done too.

Check your ground. Clean, replace, add one as necessary.
