Welcome to BGW!

The standard DS golf car didn't have the FE350 option!
Carryall's are a work vehicle and in some cases needed a larger engine. (as did the Transporter 6 & 8 limo's)

FE290 & 350 engines "look" identical, but have subtle differences that can't be interchanged with each other.
(muffler, carburetor, and a lot of internal engine components)

That's the standard front end from I think 84 on up. Few companies like Nivel make their own that have sight differences like actual molded in headlights & such. Not cut out like a lot that you see. Depending on the condition of your cart & the engine, there is an engine ID tag/sticker that comes from the factory. Sometimes the get peeled off, covered in dirt, etc.

Club Car slightly changed the front cowl in 1993... So it just may be a 1992!
Here's a thread that might help!

I read that the number is on the transaxle as well. I haven't looked on there as mine was on the locations others mentioned.

Makes sense. I couldnt find anywhere the year they changed the front end. I was thinking mine was prob a 92 because of the rear bumper. I found it was different on the 93. Makes it easier as I am about to purchase a light kit so need to make sure to get pre 1993 :)

Also going to take the body off in the near future and plasti dip the body. Wish me luck! Hoping the body comes off pretty easy haha
