Default 1991 Coil question

HI
I was trying to test the coil as my cart has no spark. The one test page for a 1991 says disconnect the black wire and spin over. If you have spark then its a different issue. When I look at my set up, I have a brown wire and black/yellow. Sent to another member and he had not seen this before. Has anyone else seen or have this set up and a good way to test?
