Default More speed

Thanx for add just got a 08 gas precedent I have read post that there is a rod linkage hooked on peddle I removed floor mat and small panel by paddles and all I see is throttle cable hooked to peddle I see no rod to extend to make faster am I missing something thanxguys

I'm new to carts and I am doing an electric cart build, so don't know for sure if I can be of help...

I would think, if you have the accelerator depressed all the way, if you look at the carb where the throttle linkage is.... if it is as far as it will go, what you are talking about doing, will not get you any more speed.

I would check that first. Other than that, bigger tires, different clutch, disable governor, get different gears in the rear end. Those would be your options as far as I know
