Default No power at ignition switch?

I opened my dash to install a usb/voltage meter and as I was testing to find power at the ignition switch I noticed a small spark and now it will not crank/start. There is no 12v power to any of the 4 wires to the switch. There is power to the headlights and power to the solenoid.I checked the 10amp and 20amp fuses in near the solenoid. both appear ok. Is there another fuse I've missed? Could
I have fried the ignition switch?
Any ideas?

Should add, 2013 CC Precedent

Yes I have power at the solenoid on the Red wire. When I jumped the solenoid red to white it the engine cranked as well. It's also a brand new OEM solenoid a few weeks ago.
