2003 Club Car DS - Trouble Climbing Hills
I have a 2003 Club Car DS that is having issues climbing hills. It runs great on flat ground but slows way down and then almost to a stop on any incline. I plan to pull the clutch and send it out for machining, but is there anything else that can assist with it climbing hills? I am ok with doing mods to the cart if needed.
TIA for any help that you can provide. |

Before machining the clutch I’d check to make sure both clutches are working correctly, not worn and the belt is in good condition.
