Default Cushman/Ezgo hauler controller swap question

has anyone swapped the factory controller in the 72V Cushman or Ezgo haulers with the dump bed? I'm looking at buying a late model (2015-2020) version and want to upgrade the speed and have control over power and torque. Navitas looks attractive but I am open to suggestions. Any feedback (good or bad) is welcome.

Bumping this thread hoping maybe someone has some feedback. These late model Cushman dumpbed carts look to have the same motor, controller and rear as the EZ-GO L6. I am assuming the same upgrades would apply. I need to get it to 30+ mph on a 20" tire.

16KW motor with 17:1 rear and 72 volts should allow for decent speed and great torque with a few upgrades. Am I missing anything?

Any feedback or hands on experience is appreciated.
Thanks!

Yes, it is AC drive but I can't find much detail about what it would take to get more out of it. I'm willing to swap the controller out but not sure which way is best. Should be a great platform to begin with.

The stock controller on that cart can be tweaked pretty well.. I have not done one but have been told they can be a beast.

I would love to have Bob Boyce do some programming but he is 10 hours away with no plans to travel north at the moment. It would be easier to just buy the components and be able to do it myself.
