2019 Club Car Onward gas - can it go faster and be less noisy?

I was wanting to speed this thing up a little and when I bought it new, the dealership says you have to pay $100 for some code and program it with the computer to go faster but they won't do it because it voids the warranty. Are they correct or are there things I can do to make it go faster? Also, are there things I can do to make it less noisy?

My 2019 lifted onward gas seems to top out around 15mph. Never understood why it does not hit the advertised 19-20 advertised mark. Hoping to solve this also. Cart is quiet enough for us though. Just lacks speed.

No codes for speed on a gas cart as far as I know unless they have some kind of new electronic limiter on the newer EFI engines.

Higher speed can be done with some minor upgrades. Quieter, maybe not so much.
Those carts are basically the same setup as the Precedent so high speed gears for a precedent should work I think. Some people here have done the 6:1 gears in those which makes the cart cruise at a higher speed with lower engine rpm at normal throttle.

I'm getting about 16-17mph but it was advertised as 19mph. I looked into the 6:1 gears and that seems to be the best option if I can find any that work for me.
