Default 2011 TXT 48V - lifted w/ 22.5” tires - slow for my liking

Hi Guys,

I purchased a 2011 TXT 48v that was modified in 2015.
It looks badass but only gets up to 15mph on straight away and 8 mph going up hills. I’m not sure if this is to be expected based on the specs below. If it is expected what can I do to get into the 20’s and handle hills much better...Not looking for crazy speed just don’t want kids running faster than my cart up hill

I have a 2011 TXT 48v with:
6” lift kit
22.5 tires with aggressive tread
Curtis 1268-5502**MK 500A 350A 48V
Trojan T-875MV batteries (2015)
Paperwork attached

Thanks

2015 batteries are most likely the problem. Even if they read good with a voltmeter, my guess is the won't lift the float in a good hydrometer. Had a member's cart that couldn't get halfway down first fairway. All six batteries were between 8.45V & 8.48V after sitting 12 hrs. Voltage good but no power left in them. Replace them.
