Lester summit ii 650w charger

I have a Lester summit ii 650w charger hooked up via onboard to my 2007 Ezgo workhorse. I’ve used it about 5-6 times and it worked great. Now after a 6 mile ride when I plug it in there is just a blue light but it will not charge or connect using the app. According to the instructions a blue light means “charger is connected to a live AC inlet”. But as I recall from prior use it should change to yellow to indicate charge in process.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure all the connections on the wires that go from the charger to the batteries are good. The app will only connect to the charger when the charger is connected to the battery. I think you probably have a loose connection. When you plug the charger in you should have the blue light and a flashing yellow light that tells you it is charging. If you connect with the app you will get three flashing lights.

Well I thought my connections were good. I took both nuts off and tightened them down and now my charger is working!! It has the blue light with a blinking yellow light. And I was able to connect using the app. Glad it was simple. Thank you for your help.
