Default Shocks for a 2015 Ezgo TXT 48V

Hey gang, of course I have another question.
While working on the suspension on my Father in laws cart I looked at mine and noticed that my cart doesn't have shocks at all. It has a 6" lift with 23" tires. Will I benefit from adding shocks? I acquired a new set of leaf springs (stock 3 leaf) that I plan on installing.
Thanks

Was wondering if shocks, compared to no shocks, would give me a better ride. Smoother, softer (doubt it), more stable.

Only for golfyard use you can go w/o shocks, for street use, better go with shocks or it will ruin tyres and axle over the time

Thank you for the reply. I've had this cart about five years now. I was working on my father in laws cart and saw that his shocks were pretty much dead so I decided to check mine. I then realized that my cart doesn't have any shocks on the back. It rides.. Well like a golf cart. I haven't ridden many more so I can't compare the ride. I was wondering if adding shocks will make a difference. It has a 6 inch lift on 23 in tires. Wondering about ride quality, also about stability. Thanks again

Shocks just dampen the springs on your model so won’t hurt to not have them. If you are going to be driving on washboard roads they would be a good thing.

Thanks, we always ride this cart at the campgrounds, but mostly we use it around our property. Grass, dirt, some roughness.

I've learned here, that some fleet carts were sold by the manufacturer Ezgo w/o shocks.
